What is the process?
After a phone call with you to discuss your home and situation, we will arrange a property evaluation virtually (digital photos) or in person. We do this so we can properly assess the house in its current condition. Within 48 hours or less we will make an offer. If you accept, we schedule the closing date. Sometimes we are able to close in as little as two weeks.
